i recently sold a corner glass to Wes A. of Holy Grail LCC. He lowballed me on the price of the item. i accepted to help him out. He took 2 weeks to pay. I packed and sent the item the same day. my postman threw the package into the back of his truck upon pickup from my porch (i witnessed this). the item arrived broken. I was contacted by Wes. He had trouble filing a claim through USPS on his end. I put my schedule on hold and filed the claim right away on his behalf. All of this occurred in less than 3 hours after receiving his first email. Instead of waiting for the process, he filed a dispute with paypal, the next day. He was too quick to file a dispute; this put my paypal balance in the negative when I woke up the next morning. no one can force usps to pay a claim immediately. I told him I will not do business with him again. all this is factual and he is aware that I would be writing on the forum about the incident.
