lol page 3 and growing Cool unfortunately this is a small group of folks entering onto private land for the whole weekend. I wish we could have drop in's but that would not be appropriate for this trip. Mogfest might be a great option for you in late August.

We do have space for two more:
Vanwilder
Jahbah
FrankenSyncro
?????
Kwilk
?????
Christopher

However a single day tripper would not be appropriate. This is going to be a learning workshop for those with a desire to learn how to handle their vehicle. We are not going onto this property to simply tear it up. We are looking to bond and grow our tight circle with a full camp out. Cool

Yeah damn! We have been doing Mogfest since 2011, my van has been down for over two years and have been in hot pursuit to get it finished in time for mogfest. I would like to get in on a workshop/orientation! anyone thought about bringing the syncro scholar program to mogfest?

Uncle Bill's update #4:

I just got off the phone with Uncle Bill and he said that he will be pulling out about 20 more acres of Timber this week. What this means is that we will have more options for trail riding for our camp out weekend.

There are still a couple of slots open for this trip as we are trying to keep this at about 8 vehicles.

This is not a Syncro only trip as I own a RARE AC 2.0 LTR single rear wheel drive Vanagon. I wish to learn about these vehicles and how they truly work. I also want to catch a ton of Crawfish in Bill's river, which is the Nehalem.

So if you are a 2wd then you are welcome provided we don't bust the limit of say... 8-15 Vanagons... lol Laughing

I hope this uncle bills thing will be so much fun we will make it an annual gtg for everyone to enjoy! Thanks for all the leg work JC! I can't wait to see you playing in the ole wilder van.
As for the Washington BCDR gig anyone object to pushing the date to the first weekend in August? Photodaves can do it then and those dates may include other as well. What do you think guys?

THIS weekend if your sitting around the house on Sunday without anything to do, or need excuses to not weed the yard..... Lucky Lab gtg!!! Sunday lunch 1230 or so at the lucky lab in SE on Hawthorne! We will be hanging out and chatting vans. Anyone is welcome (vans, buses and euro's or whoever) to come hangout, eat, drink, photo and be marry! I'll be there with Leti and jack. Climberjohn, Pete, Captain JKidd, D'rascal Hines, Kim are all in. Possible new guys Craig and Leigh! Rich, Westybob, Zest, Aswah, Rowan(ask Bob) you guys out there? Anyone else game for a beer? Let's have some fun.... Happy 4th everyone
Cheers
D

I will be building trails tomorrow and probably watching the fireworks from a top Larch Mtn. Looking forward to seeing the crew on Sunday. Kim, if you can make it Sunday we can talk about your skid plate. I just got back from Fort Collins, CO last night. I spent Saturday at Rocky Mtn. national park, wish I had my syncro. There was lots of great camping areas.

I'm supposed to be at a Vw campout and BG festival in Fossil tomorrow but don't think I'll make it so I'll try to get to LL on Hawthorne on Sunday -- pretty close to me.

Besides, except for Capt'n Kidd and SyncroHines, SilentBob hasn't seen many of you young turks in a while.

I would not be able to make it on the WBCDR trip if the date was changed to the first weekend in August as I am already locked in to another commitment.
