Jeff helped me out with his time and expertise without knowing me or gaining anything from it. I asked him details about importing vehicles to the US and he gave me valuable insight - this is what he does as a business I understand, and yet he had no issue helping me (a fellow bus/Syncro-enthusiast who occasionally deals with cars) out over the phone.
Someone who recently bought a Syncro from me also asked Jeff a few details, and again he helped.
Way to go Jeff - thank you! I hope I'll be able to return the favor one day.
