I'm ready to hit the trails again as soon as I hook up my alt. I just threw the old air cooled in again pending a full rebuild on a new block with the old internals on my "mean" engine... So hit me up if anyone is ready just got a new fabrication job that will involve traveling the country should be sweet. May have to meet up with a few of the guys out in Cali to check some of the bajas out first stop is Plano Texas in may. Should be sweet. So I'll keep everyone posted on the weekends I'm home. Plan on trail rides on those weekends. Looks like it may be few trips this year but making some bank haha.

Does anyone here in Michigan have a one piece Baja front end to sell? Doesnt need to be new and pretty but not too tore up.

Please and thank you.

I have an extra one that has some minor damage off one of my racecars. I can turn loose of one of them. The problem is I am not sure which one I am using until I get the front beam swapped out on my other car. Right now each beam is configured to each Baja fiberglass. I expect to have it done by June and I will be coming up to St.Helens with my other Baja, so I could trailer it up then if you haven't located a closer one. More than likely it will be the undamaged one I will cut loose as I will try to keep the damaged one and repair the damage as it is historical, but I am unsure until the beam is swapped.

Yea I'm pretty excited about it all! Hopefully I can find a decent donor block somewhere been having difficulties finding one out there. Everyone keep your eyes open for a 1.6l gas engine from the early 80's for me

They both have the blanks cut out because the headlights are mounted to the roll cage which shine through the holes so stock headlight buckets don't have an edge to mount too. The blue one is the same one as in the old picture, the other one is the white one. Found more pics.

Ahhh, the memories. My friends and I used to go on an annual float trip down the Muskegon river starting at the Croton dam. Good times. Haven't done that for several years now.
