Some more Work:

i made me a little helper to find the holes, where it do not fit i measure the holes, the i insert a little stop plate to not drill in the old hole.

the rivets for the door pockets do not hold yery good, i glued them i hope they hold.

The Door panels i startet do assembled the handle and then worked from B pillar forward top and bottom alternately worked fine.

I found so many different springs for the door opener in my shop, good that i had the original ones as template.

Left door and metal strips on the roof will follow.

Yes, but i had a feeling that 100 things need to be done to get it ready.

finished the front window frames, bloody work to get the rivets pressed with a round mold, some old bearing balls and hammering.
For the outer vent window seal i used old ones, the vent window to glass seal is repro and one pice.
I cut the seal with a scalpel, the whole med-set is very useful in the workshop...
I used the old seals for reference and cut the new ones like that, also the 3 water drainage holes that changed to rectangular ones at later cars.

Pressed Bumpers masked with fineliner tape,
cut threads on the emblem for fastening and paint the Bumpers, emblem and rims white:

now out in the Sun every day for drying.

Try to sand out a worm from the paint don`t worked, so sanded it again and paint it new.

Also the Dropgates are painted now.

Some progress:


Emblem have now the doveblue paintstrip, cuted some seals and installed it.
Front Bumper on the car.
Cleaned the paint on the hinges fron the dropgates, make the hinges worked free with some oil and put them on the car.

What a nice look now.

Looks good in the row with some of my other driving cars.

Changed my homemade double pipe muffer for a single pipe to get it street legal for the historic Verification.

Testet the new Wig welder to repair the pipes anyone cut of years ago.

the last Weekend i sandblasted the seat frames and installed the new covers:
i made some new spotwelds at the Springpart and some missing latches are new.
