Hi everyone,

Just purchased a 1993 Eurovan MV, couldn't be more excited. I have a couple quick questions while I'm cleaning/fixing it up.

1. Does anyone know the size of the screws that hold the compartment in the back down to the ground, and the size of the screws that hold the compartment to the side of the van? Mine is free floating right now and I realized it's just a couple screws to tighten these in.

2. The rubber guard for the pop top is starting to sag a little, what type of adhesive is most recommended? I was thinking of just using crazy glue

3. What do you use to clean your van besides elbow grease? I noticed one type of the plastic holds a lot of grease (an example is driver side door above) and reminds me of cleaning a bath tub. A lot of elbow grease from the gunk stored in those pores over the years.

4. What have you found the best method to get rid of stickers? On the outside and inside? A couple here and there I need to get off

5. Trying to locate a speaker cover for the door side of the passenger speaker. looks like what's posted below. Any idea if these can be found without hunting down classifieds?

May run into more stuff but wanted to share!

1. Are you talking about the small boxes in the back? There is a 6mm bolt(10mm head) that holds it to the tailgate frame. A wood screw that holds it down closest to the hatch opening and a larger bolt(17mm head?) that holds it down just behind the bench seat.

2. the rubber guard has a metal uchannel in it. Pinch it a bit and try and see if it stays. Otherwise, you can use drops of silicone sparingly in the channel. Do not use any kind of strong glues. You or a future owner will hate you when the seal has to come off.

3. Elbow grease, rubbing alcohol, and lots of rags. Unless you have a mild way of automating elbow grease.

4. heat gun, then elbow grease for what remains.

Thanks, here is a picture of the 2 spots I am looking to get the size of. We can call the side of the van spot 1, and the bottom of the van spot 2

Congrats on the '93! I'll be applying a lot of elbow grease to mine over the next few months too.
