rear wheel drum noise - need help for diagnostic

Hi Guys,

I have a 56 convertible beetle,

and I noticed that my rear right drum makes noise when I shake left to right.

I verified that my drum and nut are well tightened.

Here is a small video I just made, we can hear the ''cnock'' when I shake it.

Could anyone help me to diagnose my issue?

worn drum splines, worn axle splines or wasted wheel bearing

so If that is only those 3 main options, then might be the bearing.
I checked drum spline and axle spline, and they look good, drum fits in it with no play.

This look similar to an issue I had with my Bus. Buses have more parts there but it was the wheel bearing.
