A couple of questions since I am rebuilding a couple of AARs for my car.

(1) Does anyone know how much resistance there should be between the terminals for the heating element in the AAR? I am getting a reading of approximately 15 ohms on the ones I have disassembled.

(2) If I need to replace the resistance wire in the heating element, where do I buy that type of wire? Is there any special ohm specification for the resistance wire I need to buy?
