Prior to seeing that earlier thread and also this one, I was less informed on the subject.
Except for a roll over the roof seems as such an unlikely target for damage. If you did roll over, the roof would be the least of your worries. Then I always wondered why the Bentley body manual goes to great length to describe the job of roof replacement.

Now I see why.
