Recommended books about Buses

Hi I'm looking for a book that shows the history and year to year model changes, various colour schemes and interior options etc available for pre 67 buses. The book is to be a gift for someone considering buying a bus but who isn't on the internet and there are no local shows he could attend to go check out rows of buses on display.

Any recommendations for such a book?
