Not sure if anyone interested but I found this on Amazon. Fits the speaker bracket perfectly and the hole in the dash. Was cheap, too.

Good find! 
Suggest adding a grille cloth over it under the dash though as UV rays are hell on speaker cones and especially foam surrounds!
