This has been a long time coming, I have been a long time Samba stalker but for whatever reason never became a member, till now, long story short I have been fortunate to own 2 of some of the rarest tub buggies out there. One is a Minibug built in Livonia MI by Greene Motors, and this posting is dedicated to my Funhugger, this build took place about 19 years ago when I was a 20yo VW fiend. I hope you enjoy!!

I purchased this buggy at a swap meet while seeking out some parts for my minibug. It originally sat on a 1960 full length chassis

I am still new to this but as I get better I will post all picture of the build

You can spot the Minibug in the pic above, as I stated I was and still am a vw fiend. Throughout this build you can play spot the VW/Porsche game. Looking back I had quite the collection for a punk kid

body separated from Pan, rebuilding the 73IRS pan donated from this lovely lady, she was my high school ride and served me well but some major accident damage forced her to give her life so that others would live on.

this car was built in a matter of months about 20 year ago, when I was young and had more time than money "Single", I remember sleeping on a queen sized futon covered in grease surrounded by tech manuals and car parts!

The buggy was attacked by a raccoon that got in my barn that had a taste for Porsche seating. So this will be an upcoming restoration in the very near future as I will be selling her (coming to a Samba Classified Ad Near You) to fund my WESTY Resto meets Subaru drive train Mod currently in the works. Stay tuned

hope you enjoyed the show. how many Cars did you spot? I had a 66 912 in one of those pics how I wish I had her know

The End for now.
