If anyone happens to have a driver's front turn signal and a passenger rear tail light, I need both. |
I just bought my son new taillights, the passenger side might be in good shape. I will check it out after work.
I need a pair of rebuildable stock Girling front calipers with bleeders that aren't frozen in place. |
Pretty sure I have a good pair of front calipers, I'll take a look today.

Talking about needed parts, I could use the stock engine telescopic oil filler tube, I'm talking about the upper black plastic section. _________________ 1991 Westy auto w/ Peloquin TBD

Ack! I'm already down here, in Santa Cruz today , headed up to the burn tomorrow. I left my gas cap at my last fill up and van cafe is closed , so not sure where I can find a gas cap soon. If anyone coming tomorrow has a spare they'd sell me, that would be epic... I have a ups brown 85 camper with a white Yakima box and surfboard on top, three rack bars. About to get in the water at steamer lane if anyone is around. -Mike |

Steamer lane will be crowded in the water tomorrow but I'm sure you will have fun anyways.
I have a gas cap with the corresponding key. Damn, I have too much, that is my problem.
I will be in an Orly blue Westy with two little ones and wife. Line X fiberglass bumpers and Rhein wheels _________________ 1991 Westy auto w/ Peloquin TBD

Final reminder guys. For those who plan on picking their order of tanks and/or ladders for SA, now is the time to let me know, so I can load your parts in my Doka. John W, Seth H, & Barb S, I got you covered. _________________ BenT |

Are these the rear mount ladders? I am in the market for a ladder so am interested if more are available. Can you post or PM me a pic/link for them.
Thanks and see y'all tomorrow. |

There over 100 vans (and Dokas) when we stopped counting. It was getting too difficult to keep track because many looked alike. Writing it down became a nightmare because people came and went all day. Pics will be posted in a centralized location once permission is obtained from people who took them. Initially, it will be on Facebook because many contributors are on FB. Account under "Van O Rama" with appropriately titled album. Eventually, they will uploaded to a photo site for non-FB users. _________________ BenT |

Great weather, lots of good people, and vans everywhere! My kids counted 35 vans right after we got there a little after noon, and a bunch more came later. The number I heard floating around was 70, but I think 80 is not too far a stretch counting the ones that had to park out a ways because Ocean Beach was packed!
Thanks to those that organized this. My family had a blast!
Here are a few quick phone photos:

Hey BlueGrasser,
May I have permission to repost your pics. If so, do you want them watermarked with your name?

I'd say that here was at least 100. There was a huge contingent of Syncros and even more really nice people. Thanks Ben for organizing, it was nice to meet you. |
