Diesel 5-speed shift plunger boot

Advice on this shifter box boot that is 27 years old and showing it:

There’s a spring inside that means you have to push the gearshift left to get into 1ˢᵀ or reverse. It has a pressure slider, apparently hard plastic, that rubs the side of the box. I haven’t been able to find an exact exploded view of this assembly. Does the boot have a part number and where to get it?

Also the two shift guides that bolt inside the box look like they are pretty worn:

The boot is 251711248A, available at least here in germany.


I know about only one shift guide in the box but not about that plastic tab beeing available.
It works fine without or you can use heat shrinkage tube for repair.
