Searched high and low, decided to open a new thread for this.

Has anyone tried (with pictured preferably) to replace an entire rear side panel , the one with the sliding door?
The one on my high roof is beyond repair, so before spending any coins on a big panel including the window surround, i was wondering if anyone did this panel repair? It has rust under the window, under the sliding door rail cover, the panel itself is beat up, rusted out and patched a lot of times.

Mostly i am concerned on how the panel is removed at the sliding door area, for what i can see it's fixed to the side panel reinforcements with some rubber-ish adhesive.

also, a drawing or a cut section would help a lot.

Thank you
