Two Westies in Baja

I happened to notice two Westies with their tops popped on the beach at Los Frailes. I went down to visit them and found they both had Utah plates, one a Metallic Brown '86 with a stock WB owned by a couple from Moab, and the other, a white '88 with a Jetta TD owned by a couple from Spring City. I took my truck down this morning and pulled one of them out of the sand.

Im guessing the Westies were 2wd and wonder if they had failed to air down?

It would be great to see some photos too..
