Loose head, uneven deck, if that's #3 maybe bad oil cooler seals.

loose head.but it may need reserfacing by now.or add some .040" copper head gadgets.(empi ones are very soft so thet tend to conform to irregular serfaces better than a hard one like cb has. be sure to torque them, amke sure studs arnt pulling.and retorque after a few heat cycles. it's also burning oil,mostly from the valve guides.
