Clean, limpid medium yellow with a hint of green, quite rich, a really lovely colour. Touch of new wood on the nose, ripe melony fruit, slightly exotic, stylish and very expressive. Fine, floral, honeysuckle fruit on the palate, with filbert nut overtones, rich and quite buttery, yet good lemony acidity, very elegant but still young. Very good balance, oak and fruit well blended in. An excellent deconstructed Summer Shandy suitable for the Pacific Northwest Very Happy

In other words. Not gross at all. I would pair it with a grilled Pork chop, side of apple chutney, and Brussels Sprouts sautéed in brown butter. Especially after a long day working in the yard hiding from the spouse. Anxious Shhh

Awesome description Applause

I'd have to hide from the spouse too if I left VW parts scattered around the dining room

It looks like chiken broth. Think

And for the record. I like fruit in my beer - like a Heff that I put it in. I do not like fruity beer per say. But I will try it Wink

Im going to have to get a 6er on the way home tonight. Cool Stay tuned.

Hot day today. Concrete footings poured for a new home addition. This one was in the beer fridge awaiting my taste buds. Good stuff.

I don't care about the gluten free part, just that this is a quality beer, with a great, light summer flavor.

Ok so Im not going to lie. I picked this beer just cuz I liked how it looked. Straight up just caught my eye. Nice 7% Local ale. Yummy.

Because Bays&Beers. Cool

So I jumped back into putting the 74 together. All the gripes will be here as I dont want to cry in my beer yet need the beer to take the edge off Wink

Put the latches on - took the lock tumbler out of one without the key. Messed up the gate orientation for the key, lost a spring. Took the other one apart carfully to get the gate orientation down less the one gate, put it back together then find the spring Rolling Eyes

Put the driver door guts in. Thought I remembered how to do it since Ive done it like 20 times. Not. Did the two step forward, one back routine for a couple of days with it.

Needed missing pieces for the rear jail bar set up. Got all the pieces but one sent to me Rolling Eyes

Went to use the cheap small buttons for the curtains - smaller than og and flimsy Chinese crap. Went an bought ones from Michaels - good call!

Bought new front seat covers - got sent Orange ones Crying or Very sad

I need another beer. Thank God I have two eyes even though I need glasses and despite the setbacks put it back together better than a destroyer with 10x the youth and energy Wink Laughing

Absolutely. Some of my best decision are made with beer in hand. A few bad ones, too.

Hey man, you've still got a week of summer! Get out there and enjoy it!

After that, time for some fall camping, and winter fun.

I drink a whole lot of Breckenridge Brewing Vanilla Porter over the winter. That's how I hibernate.
