I am looking for some pinpoint super glue tips like these:

not knowing the technical term, I have tried to search tower hobbies etc and keep coming up short. if anyone knows where to find them, I would appreciate it

We use tons of those. We use high precision polymer ones that are disposible.
To help you find these easier the technical name for a syringe connection like that is a luer lock taper.

We get them in bags or individually from Nordson EFD. You can get them in a kit box with a range of about a dozen gauge sizes all color coded.

You can also get them at Zephyrtronics www.zeph.com/applicator_tips.htm

You can also get them at mcmaster carr under keywords luer lock dispensing needles.

They also come in short and long tip and curved/bent tip. Ray
