How do I find out what member # I was? I know I was a low number like Pedro, but it would be cool to find out and also find out the total membership!
I think I still have some of my newsletters... _________________ 64 No'back Speedster "Pearl"

I think if you look at your photo gallery or try uploading photos to it, your member number is what the gallery number is. I think this is correct. It would explain a lot for me since mine is "666" _________________ Regards,

Good memory Pedro! Those were the days, before the internet age. When those rare NONA stickers, and shirts, and flyers, the graphics were all hand made by #1. A lot of good memories, kinda makes you wanna get the band back together again. _________________ '62 golfblau Typ 311 Limousine

Yeah, those NONA stickers are practically indestructable. Mine's been in my left 1/4 window since 2000, when I got it from Jason, after he took over. I even submitted a story to him, but it never got published or anything, since he basically let NONA die, and helped form the 1500 club instead. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

I like South Aussie Notchback Owners or SANO for short and maybe the guys with dual carbs can be "Super SANO's".... _________________ '62 golfblau Typ 311 Limousine

Be careful Bob. Opinions are like assholes
NONA was too narrow of a club. For all you whiners about not being included and calling others elitists - NONA was ten times more that than the 1500 club. It was also very labor intensive to make back then. Lee did an amazing thankless job. So well did he that others that had no participation whatsoever in it making or running - wax nostalgic and cast the first stones of blame for its demise.
It ran its course. Lee sold his notchbacks and wanted to start something closer to his heart. I wanted a club that catered to all restored T3s of a certain genre. We both did just that.
Kidding or not, what have you done? Anyone for that matter? If no one makes it happen then no one will join.
The best time I've had in awhile was hanging out with my T3 brothers down in San Diego. The core of what the 1500 club is about and what NONA started off to be..... The people. I may be on a bus kick, but I still have one T3 left. I think And I look at notchbacks for sale all the time. So you never know.
NONA is still in a box in my attic. Stickers and all. Safe where it needs to be _________________
