i'm with you on the shelves. one of the first things i did.

however, my stuff falls off from deceleration forces, i assume. thinking about putting up some flexible netting to keep that from happening.

I think the closet shelves are a great idea. If I'm camping, I'm not going to be carrying clothes that require a hanger.

The original owner made this rack/pull out shelves for the spare tire cabinet. He did a good job of this, but ruined the cabinetry in the process. He cut out a few inches of the wood and drilled holes for the latch. I hate this because it is something I'm going to have to pull the cabinetry one day to properly repair it. For now, I've had to cut a piece of wood to fill the gap and drill a new latch plate to the bottom. Anyhow, if anyone in my proximity should want this drawer/rack, you're welcome to it!

I have a early Westy with the clunky clothes closet. Thought of putting in shelves with boxes that can be removed.

the closet shelves are retained by clips that hold them in place in case of turnover/bumps but still allow removal- the other thing i want to fix is putting hinges on the spare tire cover just cause it'll make camp life easier
