Those are called wind deflectors. The long version is very rare. 56goldeghia have a set of those installed on his car.
Mines are just been sold (30 minutes after i posted this picture on Facebook).

They are fake nose/radiator grills, an old accessory,usually used to cover up a little dint on the nose. |

I will be there (as usual). The T34 Ghia people already set up a meeting at 12.00 hrs Saturday at the (probably only) Type 34 Ghia there, maybe you will want to join...?
