My quick search didn't come back with any threads covering interesting toys of Vanagon's and Transporters ( T3, T25, etc. )
Let's get this started with a fairly common Matchbox Ambulance. I've seen this one in military colors as well. ( 1987 )

Here's a Siku German post office T3. Siku has a bunch of variations of this one. I hope we can see them posted here if anyone has them.

Here's a flexible plastic toy that I found. It's made by a Swedish company called Vikingplast / Viking toys. Two versions that I've found so far.

Not a T3, but I thought you'd like this one I keep at my desk at work.

Went to the local auto parts store for some fuel line and saw this. Now that I have a toddler to get toys for I had to have it. Granted I'm a bit more excited about it than he is.
Bonus points for being bike related. |

Wiking makes really detailed 1:87 scale plastic models with lots of T3 options:

A couple of weeks ago at a street-fair, I fond a glass Avon bottle,--Vanagon with a motorcycle mounted on the bumper. When I have the time to learn how to post a pic, I will. Long ago (about 50 years ago!) I had a '55 Thunderbird, and a good deal later, got an Avon bottle in that form. I'm guessing they contained 'after-shave' when new.Back in the day, they were a bit like the old Fuller Brush company-- had door-to-door walking sales rep. The radio ad had a bell sound and the voice "Avon calling". I just googled them; they're still in business. |

Smaller (1:87 -- HO). No mfr., just Made in Germany. The GTO is from Monogram who produced their 1:87 as "Exacts". They were very detailed, and are no longer produced. I have not found any VW's as Exacts.

This guy is a Hotwheels with a 1981 build date. I've had him since about that time when I was 6 years old.
