The short story is that I broke one of the wires very close to the faucet and would like to cut out the busted part and re-solder the good section of wire to the circuit board or whatever is inside the faucet. I took a quick look but couldn't figure out how to disassemble the faucet.

I'll contact Sureflow if nobody here has a solution but I'm just about to leave on a work trip and thought The Samba may have this covered.

Thanks!

Update and customer service props:

I contacted Shurflow's US importer and explained my issue. Their response was, "we don't actually make the faucets but just import them. I'm sympathetic to your situation though and will just send you another one. What's your address?".

So the new faucet is installed and I now have a second slightly damaged one to pass on. Very Happy

That's good to hear. I love my ShurFlo, and it's so far worked quite well. But for them to make sure you're that satisfied, and for you to get it all fixed, is wonderful news.

Best!

i think you should try and dissect it so we can see what is inside. then you can answer your own question.
