I've read the awesome reviews on Bilstein shocks and want to try them, but wondering if they will work on a lowered bus? Anyone have experience? Bus is not slammed, but lowered with an adjustable beam. |

Yep, I have them on al four corners. Smooth ride. Better than the white gas adjust shocks. _________________ Kevin Albrecht

Great. On the notched plates, where you too close to the stops to go notched? Which plates did you pick up? |

I think my plates were BusBoys?... not sure brand. They were on it when I bought it.
Shock I'm using in rear is 24-181488
Internal Design: Monotube
Collapsed Length: 10.28 in / 261 mm
Extended Length: 15.24 in / 387 mm
Boot Included: Blue Straight
Mounting Kit: No
Spring Seat: No
Finish: Yellow Paint
Supercedes: F4-B46-0040-H1
http://www.allshocks.com/p-283-b46-0040-h1.aspx
My steady state shock length in back is ~12".... so I've got ~1.75" travel left in the compressed direction. As it sits, I'm a fuzz on the compressed side of mid-travel (12.5"). _________________ aka: Evan
