10 months flies by...slowly but surely It's getting there.

Prepped and painted the bay:

Installed OEM-ish tarboard

Got the engine in to place:

Carbs, and oil breather installed:

Then it was time to move on to the oil system:


remote mounted oil filter

Tucked the thermostat under the rear pan

Installed the Airkewld rear disks:

Tweaked the brake line bracket to act as a height sensor mount for the air ride

Got the rear fender fit:

Just upload the pictures here and you won't have to worry about 3rd party hosting. Eventually all 3rd party hosting will move the images or disallow 3rd party hosting and the links will die.

Would love to get more details of how you mounted the sensors for front and rear. CUrrently in the process of bagging my 58 and wondering if i should go 3p or 3H for management. Sensor location is the part i'm struggling to figure out.

Awesome looking car and amazing progress!
