My new throwout bearing is stuck on my clutch plate. I was able to remove it but how is this even possible
This is an EE20 Subaru clutch and a new an FAG throwout bearing. I wonder if I need a larger bearing.

| The Exedys I use have a release on the TOB that will allow you to remove it. |

It got it of but destroyed the bearing in the process.
The bearing plate got somehow inside the push springs.
Do you know if I have to use a Subaru through-out bearing for this dual-mass flywheel clutch? |

I had this happen years ago...it led me to use the 240mm, pull type setup.
Again gasser, can't help much with your setup. |

Would you suggest switching to pull to release setup, changing the push clutch or finding a larger throug-out bearing? |

| I cannot recommend anything as I do not believe that there is a "diesel" version of what I use due to the dual mass flywheel. |

| Nope, that one is too small a diameter for me and also has the TOB that will not release. |
