As mentioned in another thread, I found a leak in one of the heater hoses. It appears that it got too close to the axle/CV joint boot, and a fingernail sized abrasion appeared. Under pressure, a pinhole pissed out coolant. Thanks to the search, I found out how to cut the hose and install a connector. So far, so good. But I want to prevent it from happening again. Before, there was a zip tie with foot long tail sliding around, which I suspect was part of the problem.

How do I best get those hoses out of the way? Is there something that should be used or done? Or not done? Something too hot, or too much movement?

Thanks
