Heater y-pipe is a little thin where pipe protrudes up thru cargo floor.
I did this repair back in Jan.

Stripped to bare metal and epoxy primed cab floor and front before welding lower nose.

Headlight support could have been replace, The repair is solid and will not be seen once nose is welded. From bottom and inside cab headlight support is clean.

My plans in the future after I drive the bus for a year or two is to match paint the upper portion of the bus to the frames.

Middle brake light engine lid is not correct as also the pressed bumpers, I like them so that's what this bus is getting.

I am keeping the original beam with plans to rebuild for future use.

For now I will be using a 68 bay beam I narrowed 4in. and added adjusters.
