I recently picked up a 57 from a fellow in mid-Missouri.

Welded in a new klassicfab heater channel on the drivers side

The car didn't come with a w decklid so I had to find one. Here is what I came up with.

The decklid kind of works. I was originally planning on faking the patina but I may end up leaving it like this for a while.

I was originally going to slam my zwitter but decided to keep it stock so I have a fresh narrowed beam, spindles and notched plates I will throw on this car.

I picked up some original raders with patina

Ordered 185/60 15 tires fir the rear and 155/60 15 for the front

The spare tire area was toast and so was the outer front apron. I didn't want to lose the four finger bit of the apron so I had to do a little surgery.

Thanks everyone! I took today off of work for my b-day. Started working on the front beam and layed some por-15 on the pan, channels and beam bits.

Pulled a replacement trans out of a 68 parts car that I got a while back in a 2 for 1 deal. The case of the original trans has a hole in it.
