How boring would that be to get a "new" car you didn't have to do (something) too
It's just great to see you "back in the saddle" my friend😉

True this as well! I wanted a car with good bones and am actually glad in a lot of ways that this car is in need. Because you are right. What fun would it be if it were perfect.
I will hopefully come down in ether a bus or t3 if I do. _________________

Included with the paperwork were some resto pics. Also was wondering the other day if my side markers were set up Euro style - broke - not working? Well they work, turn signal down key off

So, it was restored last year, and it was originally Ruby Red.
Looks like they did a nice job on it. I wonder who they got their window seals from, since they look pretty damn good. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

36-24-36 are those the correct matching numbers you're referring to?

Thanks Kev - watch out you may need to get a T3 after you do some of the "Type 3 Lifestyle" with me I plan to have her running starting better than she is now.
Been collecting goodies, primarily needed is the ignition. The one in it is broke to were it doesn't spring back, the key is shoved into it and is hard to remove. Not sure whats going on with it. Plan isto remove the column, restore it - repaint and put a NOS ignition in and be done with it. #1 pet peeve I have is a working key.
I had some time today and pulled the Becker Monte Carlo TG out. It was in there all weird as well. Had some crazy rear hanger but no front sling one Good news is it has a sweet Blaupunkt Frankfurt/Koln early 60's T3 power pack cover. You never see those available and may just well be made from some unobtainium Ill be looking into a Frankfurt Im sure - but a US AM-FM one. The main reason for the tinkering was to replace the broke tip antenna with a good one. Done.
Also gearing up to put these bad boys on as well.
