I've had a sand rail for a few years now and love it. That said, I've always love Things. I am looking at one tomorrow, are there any "in your face" gotcha's. Other than the eng/trans I can pretty much weld anything up I need for the rail. I'm Sure there are some high priced Thing replacement parts to be on the watch for. Any Thing will help, ha

They like to rust in hard to fix places! but parts have been easy to find.
some are a little pricey! but it is a fun car to work on. Good luck with
your find.
