The point of this thread is to earn karma by giving Eurovan* parts away that you no longer need.

*Eurovan will be an all-encompassing name, referring to all T4 and later VW vans.

Here's how this thread works:
  • Post a list of Eurovan parts you would like to give away for free (or for cost of shipping).
  • If you want any of the listed parts, send the "seller" a PM (private message).
  • Once you've parted-it-forward, please edit your post with GONE! at the top; if you have multiple items, place a GONE!=> in front of the part(s) you've karma'd. If it's too late to edit your post, please PM a moderator and s/he will do it for you.

Karma idea/rules:
  • You may NOT receive an item and then sell it. Use it, give it back, or karma it again. Don't be that guy.
  • You may NOT request any items. Either it comes up or it doesn't.
  • If your item requires local pick-up, post your location. These items are, of course, first come, first served.

Please keep pointless banter out of this thread, this includes "thanks!" replies. Any posts not listing parts up for grabs will be removed.

Every once in a while, this thread will be purged of outdated posts.

I have busted up BDF 24v VR6 that damaged -- holes in the block, and the head has some damage that I've been advised isn't worth fixing.

That being said -I'd like to put it out there for the community to pick what they might want need for their own van. These components are suitable for late model 01-03 vans that have the 24v VR6.

Valves, springs, pistons, valve keepers, rockers, cam shafts, bearing caps etc -- all good and available for any who need it.

anyone need a middle bench seat for a full camper? I've got about 10 of them laying around -- both early style (93-95) and late (97+).

FREE. as in, no cost. just come get it -- I'm not shipping these beasts.

If there's no interest, I'll be cutting the fabric off of them to save for patches and recycling the steel frames in the coming months.

I have a middle seat for an EVC (the two-person; not the single seat). Fabric is the 1997-early 1999 style
FREE. Pick up only on Concord, CA

It has been covered up for a long time, but my recollection is that it is in good shape

I just replaced the stock cassette+radio stereo on my 2002 MV Weekender. Worked well. Happy to send it to you for the cost of shipping.

If anyone has a need for a faulty TCU from an 03 EV (I have been told some people can repair them) it's yours for the cost of USPS shipping.

PostPosted: Wed Feb 15, 2017 1:46 pm    Post subject: Michelin MXV4 Plus 225/60R16 102H Reply with quote

I have the spare wheel and tire from my 2003 EV to anyone who wants it. The van spent its first 12 years in MASS so the rim is super rusty and not trustworthy. If anyone wants to take a chance on the tire, it's a brand new Michelin MXV4 Plus with a 102H rating. The tire looks good with no cracks. It's never rolled. Will trade for beer or whiskey. In San Diego, CA.

Date code is 44th week of 2001. Original.

Any takers? Probably great for a spare.

I've got a couple of 1993 parts vans just outside Denver.

Need to clear up some space. Lots of free stuff, right now local pickup would be best

FREE CAT-BACK Eurovan exhaust:

I bought a new SS techtonics cat-back exhaust for our 02 Weekender with 168K miles. The old cat-back exhaust is a factory/dealer unit installed in 2011 @125K miles by the PO. The front resonator and pipes are in VERY good condition. The rear muffler has some rust and the pipe going into it rusted away. Very fixable if you can weld or have it welded.

Anyway, it is all FREE to you if you want it. I am in Silver Spring, MD and I can bring the exhaust somewhat south to Central VA, if that helps.

PM me for pics. Thanks.
