To whoever reads this, I have just completed a transaction for a BN4 heater. Steven is a great person to deal with, he communicates very well and the heater arrived within 2 days (fast shipping). He even refunded excess shipping to me! If I ever see anything else listed by him that I need, I will have no questions about doing business again.
