Haven't seen an interior thread really. Kind of follow what the suspension thread is so post up a pics of your interior and what you've done.
Mine's pretty stock minus the Momo hub and Nardi Classic steering wheel. I plan to do a terra cotta colored diamond stitch vinyl on the seats next.

i had a custom wool one stitched up
heated seats ect.
still in the finishing stages but i have the one seat test fit in for now
