forget repair unless your time comes really cheap. buy a used door, or doors.

avery’s air cooled is in washington. there are other places, but they could save shipping costs, if they have what you need.

Yeah, that's pretty rotten, Ken at www.thebusco.com is another nearby possibility.

I don’t think repair sections exist for inner door panels, though they may have at one time. I looked into shipping a door once by bus. I think it’s your best bet. The time/frustration/ass ache side of the equation is way higher than the price you would pay for a decent used door.

OP could drive to Avery's Air Cooled in Kelso WA, between Portand and Olympia, or see Ken Madson in Duval, east of Seattle to find doors, probably for less cost that trying to repair those. Just needs to match the year, locks etc as best as possible. Chris in Oakland CA probably has some too but he is likely farther.

Those sections could probably be cut out and patched in pretty easily but I think it might be hard to find a body shop with someone willing to try it. It's worth a shot though, if finding a replacement door isn't an option. I did some similar rust repair a few weeks ago at my job.

What year is your bus? I have a couple of '78 doors that were overextended, messing up their hinges, but the bottoms are in good shape.
