Thanks Everett. I bought all the tools that go in a hazet 66 67 bug spare tire kit on craigslist this summer. For 150.00 and this was also in the box my lucky day. The guy i got it from bought them brand new in 67 when he bought his 67 bug. I put a picture of the tools in the hazet tool forum.

I saw that and thought it was a some of weird joke ad.
It just looks like a distributor cap you stuck some pens in.
Was the bottom side filled or something?

It was a joke ad... I tried to go a little "over the top" with the description... & it is just a GL distributor cap.
I told buyer it was just a distributor cap, just so we were clear before he paid.

Ok, just wasn't sure because I have a VW distributor cap that someone filled with lead.

I considered it a paper weight but it could be used the same way.

That's sweet, i have one of those also, was a birthday gift from my dad a few years back. mine is all white though. ill see if i can get some pictures of it.
