Does anyone know if this is a stock Bus color and if so what the number/name is?

I don't think that bus was born that color, from here the closest VW color I can think of is Marina blue (70+ beetle).

That bus was painted, the owner is on here.
L51C Miami blue looks close too (VW MK1 code)
