Anyone see the 'Manson murders' special on A&E Sunday night? It had an early deluxe ('57) cruising down the road, original footage too... Bitchin' bus, it almost makes me want a stock bus...... _________________ ---

Lind, when you start driving a lowered bus, I will drive a stock bus!!! Actually, I drove alot of stock buses....it's cool driving down to the local market or diner and looking out the window at an original stock bus, but driving 600 miles out of town for the weekend, the lowered bus is much better. _________________ ---

you're killin me. I just can't do it. I would take one for the team and lower a bus only if absolutely everybody who had lowered buses ALL raised them back up. of course that would never happen, so it looks like stock hieght for me for ever. |

Lind, what if you drove someone else's bus which happened to be lowered? Or does that not count?

I am sure that doesn't count. I have never driven a lowered bus, but I have ridden in plenty. |

Just wondering if you guys were clarifying between "driven" and "owned".

It is sort of like getting a piggyback ride on Grandma on her knees,
it can be done. . . . but it is plain wrong.

Of course, at stock height you can destroy many an SUV drivers ego, since you sit higher up!
