I believe this to be a SVDA distributor with electronic ignition (but not Pertronix brand). The cap looks to me like a Bosch cap.

The cap fit feels sloppy to me, like it doesn't mate snuggly to the distributor.

Is there a better cap for this distributor?

Thanks in advance.

Are there any numbers on the side of the distributor? Most of those SVDA copies use the same caps as the DVDA distributors, 03010 is the short Bosch number.

Its a Hot spark module and the cap is not Bosch. Looks like the Bosch 03 010 cap will fit.

There are no numbers visible on the side that I can see (without removing it anyway).

Thanks guys.

Bosch caps don't have those 90* intersecting lines. As above 03010 caps is what's needed.
