The pomona vulture Scored another Pomona Catron frame off the samba has a slight bend on one side but it’ll straighten out easily

| Hi guys, I'm looking to see if anyone on the forum might have any more information on this dealership? My 79 SB vert was bought there brand new and unfortunately they went out of business in 87. Here's what I know...the dealership was owned by a man named Phlip Carlton and was located in Sarasota, Fl. It was a Mercedes and VW dealership. The owner moved to South Carolina where he opened another Mercedes dealership in Greenville and it is still owned and family operated to date. He passed away at age 96 in 2016 according to google. The reason I was so curious was because I was looking for a license plate holder from that dealership and was unable to find one. Does anyone else have a car that was purchased there? does anyone know if a license plate holder exists from there? One thing I was able to find other than the information about the owner was some old advertisements from Sarasota newspapers. Any leads would be great! Thanks |

Buddy gave me this frame it was all bent up and broken on one end it is now straight again and I’ll repair the broken end when I have a spare minute
