The “Pomona Vulture” just scored this sweet azz dealership frame. It’s not a Vw dealership one but it’s from my hometown of Pomona California.

Going through some of my stuff today I came across all these key chains from Carter motors in Seattle Washington. I had found them at a swap meet a few years ago the guy selling them said he used to work there and got them from the dealer.
I have 2 more of the black leather style ones but only with the vw logo no Carter

I purchased this frame on ebay as a result of you posting it here, Everett. I did some research back then, but I didn't come up with anything. I did some research again today, and it looks like it was a dealership in Dixon, Illinois in the early 70s.

Thanks, I see it in my later VW dealer book now than I know which state to check. 
I will add it to the dealer pages on the site.
