I bought a HF 220v. It is brutally heavy. And the tips need dressing more than I thought. They get schmutz on them enough to make the welder bog down after just a few welds. But overall, it is a huge timesaver. I would highly recommend one. |

Thats probably the best decision actually. and no weld marks from inside the bus. I had to make that same decision on my 61 deluxe.

Got the inner structure all fit and welded in.
Now for the satisfying part... first test fit of the long panel.
