For the first time in a while the ole girl has a complete set of usable doors. Improvement

Soon I hope. Wanting to get the rabbit pickup finished and on the road so there is more room in the shop.

I am near by. I actually live in DeSoto. This thing is a huge turd but that is the only way I can afford one lol

I took the porta power to the drivers a pillar and now my drivers door is fairly close to where It should be. It still needs work but it is close. The door is just test fit.

Been taking a bit of a break from the bus to work on my caddy. It is almost finished but I had to wait for some parts to come in..... So back to the chicken coop.
The truck
Welded up the rest of the package tray
Started to test fit the long rocker
Held up the rear section just so I could see and take a pic lol

and more welding. Still have to do a ton of welding and grinding to make it perfect but it is starting to look like a bus again.

just a touch of rust
Got the corner mostly welded in. I am thinking about buying a spot welder... some of these spots are getting quite hard to drill and plug weld. Anyone ever purchased a portable spot welder?

Yes I've used a nice one in the past. It has the long tongs and works great but it weighs a lot and gets a little awkward after a while due to the weight but man it sure does the job.
