I am going camping next week and want to buy a new cooler. I am not taking the Westy so a cooler is our choice.

However, I want to it to have a permanent location in the Westy next year.

I have seen the uber expensive ones but at some point I would rather just have a new fridge or portable fridge.

So what coolers (such as the Igloo Sportsman 40) do you folks have and like?

I normally camp 3-4 days and freeze bottles of water the days ahead to keep things cold.

Thanks sir!

I am not a very good searcher I guess. I tried “coolers” but after the first page I gave up.

Norcross makes some excellent soft side cooler. We have two and really like them.

I have a yeti tundra 45. It fits great behind the passenger seat and doesn't block too much of the walk-though. I considered the tundra 35, which is the same height and depth, but a little narrower, but I decided it has too little interior space, even for one person. I'm usually not camping in one sport for more than 4 days.

Pro search tip: Use Google Advanced Search.

Type the name of the website you want down in the lower left, and then the search terms you want up near the top.

Doing this will give you a Google quality search on thesamba.com, greatly increasing the chances of you finding what you're looking for.

(Of course, this also works with other websites too.)

Thank you.

Another way of skinning the cat:

Enter into the Google: [site:TheSamba.com desired search terms] (excluding the brackets)

e.g. https://www.google.com/search?lr&as_qdr=all&am...jwP3_a_4CQ

I have no idea which works best, but that's a Google search tip my grandpa shared when we were floating down the river a few decades ago.
