I'm building an autocross buggy, and am currently planning a "sweep the floor" engine build. In my stash of oddball goodies, i've found an old windage tray. any benefit to installing it in a mostly stock 1600?

BL

Is it one of the older ones that fastened to the oil sump stud? Or one of the newer ones that just lay in the case? The first one had some value to keep the oil down where it needs to be. The second one is a POS that should be tossed in the scrap pile. My 2 cents......
