SWF Wiper Motor Issue

Hello all. I am looking for some parts advice. I have a 61 ragtop with an SWF wiper motor. Mine has a screw that goes through the cover into the part that holds the brushes. There is a rubber grommet in the cover that the screw passes through that insulates it from the screw to keep it from shorting. The grommet has completely disintegrated. Does anyone have a source for that part or a suitable replacement? I was thinking of possibly a nylon screw.

Nylon screw may work.

I found a grommet at Lowes that fit perfectly and did the trick. Thanks.
