I'm looking for info on the set of jack McAfee intake manifolds i Have. Jack's son doesn't know anything about them either. He found a photos of one but name was spelled wrong in the casting and fitting is 90 degrees off from mine.

While doing a search on another set of McAfee manifolds for which I was going to post some photos, I came across your thread. The ones I saw appear to have the same head mounting flange pattern, slightly shorter overall length; but the carb flanges are completely different. I saw these for sale by a vendor at a VW meet in Westbrook, Connecticut in 5/2017. He knew nothing about them other than they were NOS. I've never seen such a set before.

never heard of those, i did read about McAfee high compression pistons for 25hp, guessing its the same company?

COOL! Look at the dome on that piston! I wonder how many cc's that was?
I have an NOS set of 36hp domed pistons and just at a glance they are nowhere near as tall as the McAfee one pictured
