It looks pretty crusty to me.
I wouldn't buy it without checking out the rust in person but 3-4K might be ok.
Honestly you might get close to that parting it out.

From the looks of that driver's side dogleg and passenger side of the rear bumper I'd bet that turd has way more bad metal than good. The underside looks like the Titanic. Most of those deeply pitted areas with zero paint left are probably paper thin...
Bordering garden art IMO...Especially on the west coast.
And furtherfu#kingmore, it has a flat front tire which would be the deal breaker for me. _________________
