Does anyone make a good towbar to tow a 93 Eurovan with like a full size pick up truck?

I am trying to help a buddy out. Thanks!

I don't know, but used to flat tow water cooled VWs by using a universal type tow bar - on a Eurovan, you would likely have to remove the front bumper cover, maybe drill some holes. A tow dolly might be a good idea?

+1 on the tow dolly
I rent one from the local rental shop for $40 a pop any time I need to move something that is inoperable and more than 15 miles.
